With sailings due to commence on 19th March, Hoverspeed is currently recruiting seasonal staff, based in Dover and Newhaven, to reach its quota of just over 300 for the 2004 season.

For certain positions, experience is not necessary but all roles require an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to provide first class levels of customer service. The company is actively recruiting the following personnel:

- Captains
- First Officers
- Port and Security/General Duties Operatives
- Electrical Technicians and Engineers
- Deck and Cabin Crew
- Retail Assistants

Carrying over 1.5 million passengers a year, ensuring customers get the service they expect in terms of speed, service and style is a demanding job. Every new recruit has their part to play - whether they are in charge of loading the ferry, checking travel documentation or guaranteeing that the Seacats reach their destinations on schedule.
