MULTI-SKILLED DECK CREW

As a multi-skilled member of the deck crew you will be part of the team helping to load and unload all vehicle traffic as well as assisting with aspects of safety and cleanliness on deck.

You’ll hold either an Efficient Deck Hand or AB certificate, a full clean driving licence and be confident in dealing with the general public and remain calm under pressure. You’ll spend a good part of your time at sea but will also be involved in shore based duties and as long as you’re ‘up for it’ you could be pulling the ropes on the SeaCat or even driving the passenger bus!

So if you are the type of person who’ll turn their hand to a number of tasks and have a great time while you’re doing it, we’d like to hear from you.

Our multi-skilled deck crews are based at Dover and work shifts that include weekends and Bank Holidays. The rate of pay is up to £8 per hour depending upon the level of certification and you will have the equivalent of 20 days’ leave.
